SPEAKER PROFILES

Tan Jian Hong has more than 17 years of experience in Human Resource
Management and Development Functions. His human resource roles span from Government Ministry to Global Multinational Organizations. In his current role of the Managing Partner, he is building a start-up focusing on HR Tech to deliver HR process automation for businesses.

Multiple years as a HR professional, Jian Hong is expert in diagnosing end-to-end business challenges to deliver holistic portfolio of solutions that leverages on the business dynamics and psychological influences. A strong HR innovator and integrator that leverages on technology to shape the HR experience and efficiency for the business.

He holds a Masters Degree in Human Capital Management from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) in Singapore, School of Human Development & Social Services, a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS)in Singapore, School of Arts and Social Sciences.

Sam Neo is a Human Resource (HR) professional with accelerated HR experience in market leading companies such as Keppel Corporation and Changi Airport Group. His burning passion for HR has seen him take on a diverse range of roles in his young career including Talent Management, Business Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Social Responsibility and Staff Engagement among others. His experience as a HR Business Partner spans across the Engineering, Construction, Offshore and Marine, Aviation, Emergency Rescue and Commercial sector among others.

Besides securing MOM’s inaugural National Human Resource Scholarship in 2011, Sam’s contributions in the HR community was also recognized by Human Resource Director (HRD) Magazine and in turn, awarded as one of Asia’s HR Rising Stars in 2016

Sam is currently the Founder and Chief People Officer of People Mentality Inc, a HR gig platform that focuses on bringing together the “A Team” to help organizations engage the Millennial and Multi-Generational workforce to become an employer of choice while driving business results.
