Speakers’ Profiles:

Ms Cassandra Nadira Lee, Founder and Head Executive Coach (COMB Connecting Mind and Body)

With 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the banking and FMCG industries. She specialises in performance, leadership and transformation coaching. She works with international clients in the Asia Pacific region.

Cassandra loves people and is curious about them. She believes that human has unlimited potential, and upon the right unleashing, human shines beyond their own imagination in creating phenomenal personal and professional results.

Cassandra is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Newfield Certified Coach (NCCTM) and Certified Global Provider for Tension Release Exercise (TRE®). She also holds the certification of Registered Management Consultant (RMC) with the Institute of Management Consultant.

She is also trained in team coaching and emotional intelligence, thus amalgamating the holistic approach of body, emotion, mind and language in working with her clients.

Cassandra is the lead author of the Wellbeing chapter in the V20 2022 communique and the only delegate from Singapore. V20 (Values 20) is a global community of values experts and practitioners that seeks to actively engage with the Group of Twenty (G20). The G20 or Group of Twenty is an intergovernmental forum comprising 19 countries and the European Union. It works to address major issues related to the global economy, such as international financial stability, climate change mitigation, and sustainable development.

Ms Deepa D/O Suppiah, Manager, Business Advisory; Advisor, Business Development – Partners for Business Growth (SME Centre@SICCI)

Ms Deepa D/O Suppiah is a Manager, Business Advisory with SME Centre@SICCI and has experience working with multinational Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical companies.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.

Her experience working in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical companies has given her the opportunity to meet many potential clients and assist them in building their businesses.

Being in Sales and Marketing roles, she has executed various marketing and sales campaigns to promote her business as well as to build her customer portfolio.

Even though in her working experience she was liaising with clients from various MNCs, she is always looking forward to being part of building SMEs’ future developments by identifying their business needs and proposing the right solutions.
