Speakers’ Profiles:
Mr Caleb Ng, Director (KOULTURE Transformation)
A business succession and legacy advisor to the SMEs, Caleb Ng is passionate about helping business owners build enduring business brands through structured, systematic and effective exit strategies. His unique and holistic solutions include mentoring of next generation for success, key staff retention, business restructuring for leadership transition, alignment of shareholders’ interest, setting up of family governance and policy, creating generational wealth transfer structure and business valuation for merger & acquisition etc.
Caleb Ng – the founder of KOULTURE Transformation, is a well-respected business and succession mentor who has journeyed with organisations from 15 different industries over the span of 18 years. He is passionate to see family-owned and partnership business thrive in relationships, maintaining family harmony, retaining heritage brands and preserving the wealth of the founders for many generations. He holds a Masters in Organisational Leadership in Consulting. He is also a recognised Skillsfuture Mentor as well as Succession and Estate Planner with Precepts Legacy Pte Ltd.
Mr Jeffery Goh, Business Consultant (Info-Tech)
Mr Jeffery Goh has more than 3 years working experience with Info-Tech.
Mr Daniel Goh, Director (ATET Pte Ltd)
Daniel began his cybersecurity career with the Singapore Infocomm Technology Security Authority (SITSA) before joining the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) in 2013. He spent most of his career working on cybersecurity for the public service and a couple of years with ST Electronics integrating and securing large scale military systems.
He is one of the pioneering members of the Critical Information Infrastructure Protection (CIIP) programme in SITSA. He conducted many inaugural Operational Technology Security Audit for various industries and played an instrumental role in the formation of the Aviation Sector cybersecurity strategy. He integrated cyber elements into the aviation regulator’s crisis management plan and co-authored the “Aviation Cyber Security: A New Security Landscape” in the Journal of Aviation Management 2014.
Besides his cybersecurity consulting business, he is currently Academic Board Advisor to the Centre For Cybersecurity, committed to the grooming of the next generation cybersecurity professional.
Mr Jason Tee, Manager, Business Advisory (SME Centre@SICCI)
Jason began his entrepreneurship journey when he first set up a car washing business at age 26. It was eventually sold at a profit after two years into the business. During the period, he also helps to run his family business in the construction industry. He is very active in promoting entrepreneurship and financial education to the next generation.
