Speakers’ Profile
Mr Walter Lim, Founder and Chief Content Strategist (Cooler Insights Pte. Ltd.)
Founder of a digital marketing agency – Cooler Insights, Walter and his team helped close to 90 companies in various content and social media marketing areas. Clients include MNCS, public-listed companies, government agencies and SMEs. Walter is also an ACTA-certified trainer and former NHB scholar, who regularly conducts social media marketing and content marketing training with organisations. He has been invited to speak at Google, Microsoft and Facebook. To date, he has conducted more than 290 workshops and trained more than 5,500 individuals worldwide.

Throughout his career, Syed Ali has engaged businesses and created connections through marketing and events around the world. He has worked with SMEs, multinationals, associations, and governments, identifying their needs, creating opportunities, and helping to build their networks.
