Ety brings over a decade of experience spanning Fortune 500 companies and Government organisations, including SkillsFuture Singapore, A*STAR, SBS Transit, Citibank, BlackRock, and Cognizant. Most recently, she led an A*STAR-wide platform initiative to institutionalise a centralised financial governance and budgetary control architecture. At SBS Transit, she spearheaded asset management and enterprise systems initiatives, and previously drove data analytics transformation and cloud migration projects at SkillsFuture Singapore.

She possesses strong expertise in data analytics, enterprise systems, governance frameworks, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership, with certifications in Tableau, CCNA, Google Analytics and hands-on experience in AWS, IBM Maximo, and regulatory reporting. Her diverse background across both public and private sectors positions her well to strengthen SME advisory delivery, enhance data-driven insights, and drive operational excellence within the Centre.
