In today’s fast-evolving digital landscape, generative AI (GenAI) tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude are transforming how SMEs manage content creation, market research, business analysis, and customer service.

Yet, many businesses are not getting the most out of these tools — simply because they’re asking the wrong questions. Irrelevant or inaccurate outputs due to ineffective prompting can lead to wasted time, misinformed decisions, and missed opportunities.

Thus, SME Centre@SICCI partnered with Capelle Consulting to curate this workshop that will equip SME leaders, marketing managers, admin and operations professionals with the necessary skills to craft effective, high-impact prompts that generate accurate, relevant, and actionable outputs.

Key Learning Points:

  • Science and Structure Behind Great Prompts (and What to Avoid)
  • Tailored Prompts for Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, and Customer Engagement Through Prompt Frameworks (like Role-Instruction-Context-Output)
  • Live Demonstrations and Real-World SME Case Studies
  • Ethics and Limitations of Using GenAI in Business
