A Certified Career Practitioner (CCP) and holder of the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)\, she is passionate about lifelong learning and has guided hundreds through career transitions and strategic planning. Michelle previously held senior roles in business management and sales across Asia\, where she drove revenue growth and improved operational efficiency. Having experienced several career shifts herself\, she brings firsthand insight\, strategic thinking\, and strong interpersonal skills to help others navigate their professional journeys with confidence. \n \nMs Deepa D/O Suppiah\nSenior Manager\, Business Advisory\nSME Centre@SICCI \nDeepa\, a Senior Manager in Business Advisory at SME Centre@SICCI\, brings a wealth of expertise garnered from her tenure with multinational Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical firms.
