With 20 over years of regional distribution experience across APAC, US, and Middle East. Tonya evaluates opportunities from a strategic, cultural, and financial perspective. As the founder of World Future Enterprises, she aspires to empower more businesses to succeed internationally.

Mr Phua Shi Jiang, Senior Manager, Business Advisory, SME Centre@SICCI

Mr Phua Shi Jiang (SJ Phua) is a people-oriented professional with close to 10 years’ experience in the customer service industry. He has strong problem-solving skills coupled with initiative and accuracy. This leads to high customer satisfaction and facilitates the development of strong customer relationships. Shi Jiang has joined the SME Centre@SICCI with the intention to build stronger rapport within the SME community. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Stephen Nathan has over a decade of experience in managing business and client relations. Having exposure in several industries including Commercial Banking and F&B, he is able to draw from his expertise to advise SMEs and start-ups on various key pillars of business. He focuses on Workforce Singapore (WSG) programmes. He helps employers meet their hiring and training needs by tapping on available Government initiatives to advance in their business. He delivers HR workshops that raise awareness to SME owners about Workforce Singapore (WSG) programmes such as Adapt & Grow and hiring & training assistance.
