Mr Low BoonSeong is a certified Practicing Management Consultant, and appointed ASEAN Mentor with over 15 years of experience implementing people strategy and change management programme.

He is a recognised thought leader and practitioner of future-focused HR in Singapore and the region. He was conferred the Singapore Economic Review Book Prize 2003 and SIA CEO Award 2008 (during employment), and has been featured in Channel NewsAsia, International Well-Being Symposium, and many HR conferences for SMEs.

He founded Align Group in year 2012, with Align Group as the brain behind Singapore’s National Workplace Happiness Survey, and appointed as programme partners to SPRING, SBF, and SNEF.
