EMPLOYEES: A key asset to any business to complete tasks and achieve results.
With the new modern workforce, millennials will make up 50% of the global workforce by 2020.
Recruiting the right talent is one of the most important, yet challenging aspects of HR. Hiring the right talent can help your business expand locally and internationally in a productive manner.
The financial effects of a talent-to-role mismatch are huge. Low productivity and high turnover could cost a business more money than expected. The right fit could equate to higher revenue on average.
In this HR series, we have two segments:
1. Capability Workshop
2. Group-based Diagnostics
HR expert Mr Low BoonSeong will share:
• Elements of talent attraction
• How to create employer branding to attract millennials
We would like to invite you to join us for a HR Group-based Diagnostics where we will use a framework to assess your company’s HR gaps in Documentation & Policies and Recruitment & Selection.
• Start-up Founders
• HR Managers
• HR Executives
• Understand your candidates
• How to create employer branding
• How to attract the right talent
• Diagnose your recruitment process and identify opportunities and gaps
