SME Centre@SICCI has partnered with artificial intelligence (AI) and technology infrastructure consultant One X Group to design a “Build Your AI Game Plan” workshop, a 90-minute session dedicated to helping SME owners turn their AI curiosities into concrete steps for their business.
The session will open with a concise real-world example of what a completed AI game plan looks like in practice, and each attendee will work on developing their own business blueprint. Our expert will also guide the room through a structured exercise to map out their biggest time drains, most repetitive tasks, and where they are currently losing time, money, or customers.
At the end, each attendee leaves with a completed one-page canvas, a named highest-value AI opportunity for their business, and one specific action to take in the next 30 days.

Joel Koh is the Chief Technology Officer at One X Group, a Singapore-based software and AI company that designs and builds AI systems for businesses. With over 10 years of experience at the intersection of technology and business transformation, Joel has led AI strategy and software implementation engagements across organisations including Merck, GIC, UOB, and ST Logistics.
He is also an AI Researcher with Stanford University ARISE (AI Research and Science Evaluation).

Viknesh Venga is a business advisor at the SME Centre@SICCI. With more than 10 years of experience in sales, business development, and client engagement across FMCG, industrial packaging, and construction sectors, he works with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to help them strengthen business fundamentals and pursue sustainable growth.
Leveraging his commercial background, Viknesh provides practical advisory support in areas such as business strategy and planning, productivity improvement, digitalisation, manpower optimisation, and access to relevant government support schemes. His industry experience enables him to offer grounded, outcome-oriented guidance that aligns business goals with execution realities.
Prior to his advisory role, Viknesh held senior sales and business development positions where he drove revenue growth, managed key accounts, and delivered large-scale projects.
