In the first-ever seminar on the Enneagram, SME Centre@SICCI has partnered with The Enneagram Academy to introduce a practical framework that will help business leaders gain deeper understanding of different personality profiles, enhance self-awareness, and leverage employees’ strengths to build stronger teams.
Through a better understanding of people and workplace dynamics, the seminar will equip SME owners with valuable insights to manage their human capital more effectively and drive business performance and profits.

Cindy, founder of Relationship Studio and The Enneagram Academy, is a premier Enneagram Coach and Corporate Trainer specialising in maximising professional and personal relationships.
An Accredited Professional with the International Enneagram Association (IEA) and an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), she is also a member of the Singapore Psychological Society. Over the past 11 years, Cindy has impacted more than 30,000 lives globally.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and has conducted extensive research in Organisational Behaviour and Gender Communications across Singapore and Taiwan. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Cindy is a published author of four books and a frequent media expert, notably serving as Class95 FM’s Resident Relationship Expert for four years.

Michell Ling is a business advisor with SME Centre@SICCI. She has over 15 years of experience working in the private and public sector. She is very passionate about assisting SMEs to transform and improve their business management capabilities.
The fulfillment of a business advisor comes from witnessing SMEs’ growth over the years and being glad that she has added value to their businesses.
Academically, Michell holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
