Speakers’ Profiles:

Ms Jayxen Ong, Partner, Talent Management and HR Strategy (Fly Pipper Consulting Group Pte Ltd)

Jayxen is a partner with Fly Pipper Consulting Group, specialising in Talent Management and HR strategy. She is also an external HR consultant for some organisations providing HR strategy; introducing essential HR policies and streamlining HR processes.

Her experience in HR Management covers recruitment, performance management, talent management, and employee relations.

Mr Daniel Tan, Senior Business Consultant (Info-Tech Systems Integrators Pte Ltd)

Daniel holds more than a decade of experience in the technology sector, he joined Info-Tech in 2010 and have supported more than 2,000 businesses of all sizes and industries to embark on the digital HR transformation journey.

Mr Mike Krishnan, Senior Manager, Business Advisory (SME Centre@SICCI)

Mike has been with SME Centre since 2018 and has assisted more than a thousand companies thus far. With his vast experience working in both Multinational Corporations and Small and Medium Enterprises in numerous different countries throughout his career, he has accumulated more than 13 years of experience in the Banking/Financial sector, working with the UAE Government as a management consultant in Dubai for three years and a Master Trainer for JKJR in Malaysia for two years.

He is also an NROC (National Registered Coach of Singapore) where he volunteers weekly to coach tennis to special needs students under the Sports Singapore Playability programme (funded by Sport Singapore and Temasek Foundation). He is very passionate about helping the special needs community and was given the honour to be invited into the Istana by the President of Singapore during the SportCares picnic event for his weekly contribution.
