Mr Sanjeev Magotra Founder & CEO, Joye
Sanjeev is a technologist with passion for people. During 27 years of my career with companies like Accenture and IBM, he has helped numerous enterprises in their digital transformation journey. This would not have been possible without the motivated teams he was fortunate to lead. As a business leader and a parent he has seen cases where small anxieties manifest into major issues, impacting health and work. With his 360 degree perspective of a corporate employee, a manager of people, a technologist and parent of a Gen Z, he believes that as a society we can do much better in supporting the Gen Z and Millennials to manage their day-to-day stresses and to build emotional resilience over time. This led him to create Joye – the mental fitness habit!
