Join this hands-on workshop from SME Centre@SICCI and Bots and Brand Works, designed to help small and medium enterprise (SME) owners reduce manual, repetitive administrative tasks through Google Workspace Studio.
During this session, SME business owners will learn how to build and set up three working automations using the studio that will assist in daily sales, administrative and operational tasks with no coding experience needed.
SMEs will learn how to set up a sales lead tracker that replies to new leads automatically, a tool that pulls data from PDFs straight into a Google Sheet, and a system that sends you a pre-meeting brief in your chat before every call.
Additionally, explore what financial and government schemes SMEs can tap into in your journey towards sales and operational automation.
Note: A laptop is required for this workshop.
