Mr Albert Liew, Managing Director, Singapore & Indochina (BIPO Service (Singapore) Pte Ltd)

Albert Liew is a distinguished business leader recognised for his achievements in driving commercial growth and managing high-performing teams. Since joining BIPO in 2017 as a pioneer team member in Southeast Asia, he has played a key role in the company’s global expansion.

As the Managing Director for Singapore and Indochina, Albert leads its business operations, directing sales, channel partners, and full-service implementation teams. His efforts in fostering strategic partnerships and alliances have been instrumental in the company’s growth.

Albert holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is also a distinguished member of the Class of ’25 Tsinghua-INSEAD Executive MBA (TIEMBA) programme.

With over 20 years of experience, she has been instrumental in helping SMEs across the Asia-Pacific region achieve scalable growth through customised franchise system development, operational excellence programmes, and intellectual property strategies. A Certified International Franchise Executive, Certified Senior Practicing Management Consultant, and Business Excellence Consultant, Hsien leverages her deep industry expertise to guide businesses in optimising their expansion strategies while ensuring long-term sustainability.
