SAMPLE EVENT Terms and Conditions
1. SME CENTRE@SICCI reserves the right to accept or reject any registration as well as to postpone or cancel the event at any time. Details of any postponement or cancellation will be notified to the registrants via email. It is the responsibility of the registrants to check their emails. All registrations are subject to availability and acceptance by SME CENTRE@SICCI
2. SME CENTRE@SICCI reserves the right, without liability for refund, compensation or otherwise, to refuse entry or to remove any person whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
3. Any persons attending and/or participating in the Event voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
4. The event facility may include a feature that allows audio and any documents, other materials, and conversation exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining this event, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure by SME CENTRE@SICCI and SME CENTRE@SICCI’s partners/affiliates of the photography and video recording of you (“Materials”) and yourselves for the purposes of recording the event as well as publication of the Materials on SME CENTRE@SICCI’s website, social media network websites related to SME CENTRE@SICCI and SME CENTRE@SICCI’s newsletters, and on SME CENTRE@SICCI’s partners/affiliates’ websites and social media network websites and newsletters related to SME CENTRE@SICCI’s partners/affiliates. By joining this event, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with the publication of the Materials.
You also waive any right to approve any photographs and video recordings taken by SME CENTRE@SICCI or the person or entity designated to do so by SME CENTRE@SICCI and SME CENTRE@SICCI’s partners/affiliates.
You release SME CENTRE@SICCI, its officers, and employees, SME CENTRE@SICCI’s partners/affiliates, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, or publication of photographs and/or video recordings.
You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability and release before joining this event. In any event, should you wish at any time to withdraw your consent for the further use and/or disclosure of the Materials, please contact us at events@smecentre-sicci.sg.
5. The event recordings and events are to be viewed by the registrant, and may or will only be used further for the purposes of our review, study and services improvements within our appointed roles as Business Advisors. Unless otherwise indicated, SME CENTRE@SICCI and/or the event presenter(s) owns copyright for the content presented in the event. The content must under no circumstances be recorded or reproduced. The content must also not be modified or republished in any way without the prior consent of SME CENTRE@SICCI and/or the event presenter(s). Any breach of copyright, including any unauthorized use of the material or recording the event may lead to legal action.
6. All event-related materials remain copyright of SME CENTRE@SICCI and/or the event presenter(s). They must not be distributed to any third party at any time or in any form without written permission from SME CENTRE@SICCI and/or the event presenter(s).
7. SME CENTRE@SICCI reserves the right to change, amend or postpone the Programme Schedule without prior notice.
