Shaun Hou is the Deputy Director from the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). He has been with the organisation for 12 years with his most recent posting to the SNEF Corporate Learning Centre as the programme lead for WSG place-and-train programmes. During his stint in SNEF, he was also seconded to the Tripartite Alliance for Fair Employment Practices to assist employers put in place fair and progressive HR practices.
